RCR filed summons not recieved for 1 st time

1)how many times can summon be sent back.
2)can judge make ex-parte order on RCR case when summon not received
3)what is the procedure that needs to be followed

Dear author, summons to be send till serve properly.. If not served through direct service mean you can take alternative services like paper publication..

Actually restitution of conjugal proceeding is some times its big weapon, some times its will be useless.. If Court passed an exparty order mean what will be the favour by that? Untill a mutual understanding between the spouses, court can't compell any one for do anything..

summons will be sent till itz service. Petitioner/plaintiff/appellent used send the summons thru., court, if it is not served he may go for Regd., AD, if it is also unserved then substitute service.
