rcr delay cause of no judge

dear sirs,its almost one and half year my wife desertion.i filed for rcr six months back june-10.i had taken four dates.she did not attended.on the first date i got to know that she managed the notices without taking.on the third date onwards i heard that through my council that there is no judge in senior civil judge,gudur,nellore,a.p.he says that the judge will come on june-11 onwards.presently only on friday judge is being deputed.my mother was sick.my father and me are facing trouble for house hold works.
1)is there any chance to transfer my rcr petition to family court of nellore at this stage to speed up?
2)or there is any chance for a new rcr petition in family court?

No you cannot get transfer the case to family court, because it depends on the jurisdiction.

You can not Change the jurisdiction of a case on your own sweet will,consult a lawyer for the jurisdiction point.
