Radial nerve injured by medical negligence

Dear respected sir/Madam, I am vittal R Neelvani from Dombivali. on 5th march 2012 one of the local doctor was injured my lefthand nerve while doing injection by negligence and not ready pay treatment expenditure. I given application in Dombivali police station and now the panel of JJ Hospital certified that the doctor was wrong (its a doctor's fault) also he was homeopath doctor.as per dombivali police the FIR was registered yesterday.the IPC section 338 is registered. my query is can get justice in this case? can I get compensation? how many times I have to attended court sessions.can take any lawyer help? i am requesting you to pls help.

you will get justice . you can also file complaint with consumer forum and seek compensation for deficiency in service against the doctor
