Dear Sir / Madam
I have applied patta for my land , which is 1800 square feet but Thasildhar mentioned on patta 1.5 ares. but my calculation 1.67 need to mention. Hence, you are requested to advise me if any legal issue .
If you've encountered an error on your property's Patta, where the recorded land area differs from your calculations, you have options. It's recommended to first verify your original property documents to confirm the correct measurement. If an error exists, you can appeal to the sub-divisional officer or appellate authority. Consulting a local lawyer for guidance on filing an appeal or requesting a correction for a clerical error is advisable.

It is wrongly noted in Patta. For 1800 square feet means 200 square yards or approximately Ac.0.37 and 3/37 cents. So, verify your document before approaching the Revenue authorities concerned.

You can approach the same authority on such clerical error and request to issue with right details.
