court us application ko order main nahi

leti aur application ko us case ki proper

date par submit karne ke liye kehti hai tab

kya weh valid maani jaegi ek copy oppisite

party ke pass hai agar next date main us

application ko kisi doosre section ke saath

file karna pade to kya aisa kiya ja sakta

hai?

haan kar sakhte ho . court ne aapka application record pe nahi liya . jab tak application record pe nahi liya jata aap changes kar sakhte ho . samne wale ko copy dena file karte waqt

Agar aapka prarthna patar nyayalye ka bhag ban chuka hai to aap badal nhi kar sakte varna koi dikkat nhi.

Till the application is submitted in the court, you can make any number of changes to it. Supply the copy of the final application to the opposite party.
