take NOC from previous lawyer.

if you want to change lawyer you will need NOC from previous lawyer

In criminal TRIAL, no need for NOC

Taking NOC from the previous lawyer is not a hard and fast rule in application. If you engage a new lawyer, the previous lawyer shall automatically lose his right to persue the case.
