first of all i would like to thank all my seniors to support me with your valuable answers for my quires.

Now, i want to withdraw the quash petition filed by my party from the high court of A.P. please your esteemed selves may help me out in application of proper procedure for it and the steps to be followed. bit urgent.

No application is needed. On the scheduled date just verbally ask the judge to dismiss the case on ' not pressed' ground.

If the judge in the high court insists, you may file a memo to this effect seeking permission to withdraw the same.
