sir, i am a pvt ltd co employee. my md insist me for making some illegal activities ie.. no 2 business, bank statement alteration because of cheque returns for private loan purposes. is it make me problems in my future to me if i am with there are not.. i never sign the illegal statements. md only signs all these. what can i do .

Your MD must be passing verbal instructions as usual, You are manipulating / changing the the accounts / record without any authority to do so, you may face trouble presently or in future.

Of course, must switch over your job in some other company without any delay, as you won't be able to justify your manipulations in accounting records, as your MD would simply pretend signing the documents in good faith by trusting on your working. You are likely to be made a scapegoat for the illegal acts of your MD.

No.2 business is most common in many business units and there are their C.As. who will take care of these things. What is your role in that line? If you have no role of signing and decision making with documentary evidence, you need have to worry much about this thing as you will not be held responsible for No.2 business conducted by your MD or others. What I mean to say, you do not over-respond such things and try to straighten these aspects. You can carefully execute the orders of your boss without involving yourself if you remote the feeling from your mind that some thing is going against the law.
Regarding second one, material alteration of bank statements to hide the cheque returns and obtain loans, what is your role in that one?
It is very difficult to firm in private companies if you take cognizance of all their affairs. You should limit your role to perform the work and take salary without involving directly in their activities and without leaving documentary evidence. What is the benefit that you will get if you alter the bank statement? What intention can anybody attribute on you?
You have to decide yourself to reconcile your stand and work in private organisations or quit the job. Remember, even you quit the job, you can not find another job where you will not face this type of problems.
