hello sir , what is the procedure for purchase of land from brother in Gujarat , the is a land in which me & my brother & mother name is stated as owner co-owner ( in 7/12 & 8-A) or which is our inheritance land ( agriculture land) , I want to know how can i transfer this land in my name ( as sole owner) , my family members are agree to give me this land on some consideration our deal is final this land is below 20guntha what should I do

You can get the property transferred on you name by other co sharers relinquishing their rights in the property and executing a registered release deed in yur favor or by executing a registered gift deed in your favor.

since consideration is changing hands sale deed would be required to be executed . you can purchase your mother / brother share by sale deed being executed . have it duly stamped and regd

thank you sir, so it can be done through sale deed or as relinquish co-owners right but in this case sir consideration is given to co-owners so i can go for registered release deed in my favor ??? by relinquish my mother & brother rights & please suggest me what is hassel free procedure for do so ?? what option can execute early

if you are giving consideration by cheque better go in for sale deed . contact a local lawyer
