Ansister property sharing for female , what is age required for property sharing, after her marriage for how many years after she is eligible for property claiming, what is time bond for property sharing period after her marriage

Female have equal share in ancestral property. She is entitle for share in ancestral property since birth.

The daughter is legal heir (like a son) and has a share in property left undisposed by parent’s i.e Father or mother.
In case of Hindu woman the discrimination between married unmarried daughters has been removed.
Ancestral Property; the property that is four generation old…. ….acquired by the Hindu great grand father, which then passes undivided down the next three generations up to the present generation of great grand son/daughter.

Or are all involved; Hindu?
Who was 1st title holder/owner of said property(ies) amongst the forefathers on property in question ;Paternal, Maternal side?
Was IT self acquired/earned in the hands of 1st title holder/owner?
How did IT devolve to last title holder/owner?
Have the deceased owner left any valid WILL?
What is date/month/year of death of owner?
What is date/month/year of marriage of daughter?
What is said property; agricultural land, building, rural, urban?
The said property is in which state?
Are you sure the property is ancestral?
What is the opinion of a your own very able senior LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in such/revenue/civil matters and well versed with latest citations, LOCAL applicable rules/laws and having successful track record…. and worth his/her salt… with whom you have discussed in person and have shown all property related docs.

Like males daughters can acquire ancestral coparcenary property by birth like their male siblings. Whether she is married or not it makes no difference.

Female (Hindu) has equal right in her ancestral property irrespective of number of years of her marriage.
How you are concerned with this question paper given to experts ?

Mr. Kishore's interest clearly seems to be as academic interest. He should have discussed the real problem and the property up to which generation he assumes as ancestral property. Even if academic query, his knowledge may remain half baked or he can get totally confused by the different opinions of the experts.
