My father died in the year 1995 and also my mother died 2012 and we are three brother and one sister after married 1985. We have one 100 yards built house in Hyderabad . I am elder one having one son un married one daughter married middle brother having two female children un married.younger brother married no children still age 44years.and sister married having 2male 1female Children's.
Here problem is my brothers are not ready to sell property or sharing from last two years the is vacate.
My requests are ignoring always . And how I can go legally .please give me suggestion .
