Dear Sir,
We are having a Hotel Property which was made by my Grandfather .My Grandfather made a will in Favour of My Father & My Uncle ( Fathers Brother).
Now my Father wants to sell his own share of Hotel and wants to give the entire money to my younger brother as he is not settled and does nothing. Being My Grandfather property can I claim legally some share

no . it was your grandfather property which he had bequeathed by will to your father .
your father can during his lifetime gift it to his brother if he so desires .

Legally the property mentioned by you shall be treated as of your father's self earned and so he is free to make its arrangement as per his free will and wishes.
It shall be better for you to persuade your father and get some share thereof.

Concur what is said above, It was his self acquired property, and he gave it absolutely to your father and uncle. Persuasion may be your key. However there may still be hope, for that will may be perused very closely for if there is the slightest hint that the property was given to sons to hold it for benefit of grandsons, the character of property would change.

Gentlemen,
It is not he fathers self acquired property,but given by his father in the form of a will.But if it was the granfather's self acquired property,then the grandchildren can claim a share as ancestral property.Of course only the share given to their father.
