Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 21 June 2011 This query is : Resolved
what is the procedure to file an objection against public notice issued in paper for asking any claimant of property. now some claimant with documents wants to claim then what to do...

Does This letter to the publisher has to be sent by the lawyer or even we can send it??

what will be the format of notice?? Will there be mention of any actin it??
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 21 June 2011
First send a detailed letter to the publisher with the claim supported by necessary papers.
To be on the safer side you could file a suit for declaration of title as well.

Rightly advised by Mr. Barman. If objection is filed then you should file a suit for declaration of title, court will decide the matter on merit.

Agree with the devajyoti view. Also, after that you have to file suit for declaration.

send a notice through counsel stating how you claim the property and after that file a case in the court otherwise you have to loose the property.
