Property claim by grandson

(Querist) 01 July 2012 This query is : Resolved
My father (S.N.Srinivas), the first son among 3 sons was thrown out of the House by my grandmother Indira Murthy after the demise of my grandfather Late. Narasimha Murthy. Now i want to claim the property which my father is entitled to. The other two sons of Late. Narasimha Murthy are S.N.Sridhar and S.N.Sripad. Please let me know the grounds on which the successful claim can be made so that the property is divided equally among 3 sons of Late.Narasimha Murthy.

There are many ways to claim the property lawfully, however, without perusing the documents held by you it will be difficult to advise the right approach given the very brief facts of the case.

did the grand father leave behind any will or he died intestate . if your grand father died intestate then your father is one of legal heirs to the property . contact a local lawyer .

If your grand father died intestate without leaving any will, you can file a civil suit for partition. Contact a local lawyer with property particulars.
