Probate of registered will in Hyderabad

My grandfather left behind a registered will for his property in hyderabad..do we need to probate the will?

You can Get it probated to show to the world and establish that the Will is 100% Genuine.

Yes you have to get the Will probated from the Civil Court of your district, the administration certificate will be issued by the court for complete execution of the Will and distribution of the property/estate to beneficiaries.

If there is no dispute on the will among the legal heirs, the will need not be probated, as is not compulsory for for the city of Hyderabad.
