please do as our expert state. but still if the photos are not forged and the negative proves its authenticity then there is no necessity or worry for the same,

No!There is no presumption. You need to produce photographer to prove photos with negatives and pundit to prove ceremonies and rituals he performed.

BUT LEARN TO LISTEN US TOO.
MAINTAIN THE ORIGINAL THREAD.

Dear Ano,

To Prove Photographs, you need the followings
1] Original Cash memo/ receipt of Photographer , with his Name/ Address/ Date & Amount Charged for his services. with Number thereof, and in Cross, Adv may ask sequence no., to verify, it is not forged, or made later on.
2] Name Address and Place, Time the Photos taken
3] Affidavit of Photographer in Evidence
4] He MUST BE CROSS EXAMINED, to prove the Photographs.
5] He must identify Pandit, Pooja Ceremony materials, performance of it, with few persons in photographs that witnesses, yes, they were there in the ceremony, and they saw this Photographer taking this photos, and it's are true and Correct, taken in their present at the same time place and date. The bride and bridegroom are sae, and we identify them.
This complete your important evidence.
First Marriage does not need to prove strict ceremony.
In Second Marriage, ceremony is very very strict essential proof of evidence , that is not the case here.

Photographs can be proved by examining the photographer.

Invitee witnesses are too important to give evidence. Also produce a Wedding Card of your marriage to suffice it.
