Dear Sir/Madam,

Please advise me on the below question:

“To what extent a decision of a High Court in a State will have a binding force in another State?”

Please advise me the case laws or Sections of any laws in this regard.

a decision of high courtof a particular state is not binding upon another high court in another state . however the said judgement does have persuasive value

The order of a high court can not have binding effect on another State .

To NO EXTENT teh decision of a high court of one state have dinding force in the high court in another state.
