Respected Sir,
I had an bad experience with one of my shop tenant at my commercial complex,
Please advise me on executing new rental deed which should powerful for landlord, Any law that can stop my tenant from taking me to court if i require the premises for my personal use.
Attach a file if possible as a rental draft for shop.

Consult an advocate for getting a rent agreement drafted.
State your requirements clearly so that the advocate can draft it as per your requirements.

The best course is to consult a lawyer otherwise if you are looking for high voltage transformers then arrange a visit of at least one of us to examine what voltage installation is the requirement on site as high voltage current would also be as much damaging as the low volt.Is not it so??

As felt, that INDIA has a very slow process strategy in many sectors which rely on government orders.
This leads in poor progression of indian economy.

whatever be the language of the rent deed, if you want your premises back from the tenant and tenant resists, you have remedy in due process of law.

You shall have to engage a local lawyer so that he may chose which law is applicable in your case after studying all relevant documents in your possession.
