MY WIFE AND SISTER HOLD A FREEHOLD LAND IN STATE OF TAMIL NADU. NOW THEY WANT TO SELL THE SAME. AS MY SISTER STAYS IN BANGALORE CAN I GET THE POWER OF ATTORNEY FROM BOTH MY WIFE AND SISTER IN MY NAME TO GET SALE DEED DONE ON THEIR BEHALF. IF YES KINDLY LET ME KNOW THE PROCESS AND HOW TO GO ABOUT THE SAME. ALSO ARRANGE TO FORWARD FORMAT OF POWER OF ATTORNEY FOR THE SAME.

You can do the same. Since that is supposed to be done through a lawyer so take his help to draft it. If any query thereafter then post your query.

Ans: Yes, your wife and sister can execute a GPA in your favour.

Ans. The draft is attached subject to vetting by a legal expert. However since the POA is for sale of property it has to be registered before the sub registrar.

Ask your sister to execute GPA in favour of you at nearest SRO at Bangalore specifically mentioning details of land in Tamil Nadu. Similarly you can go to nearest SRO ask your wife execute GPA in favour of you. Now a days Photographs of persons are must. With both the GPA you can go to concerned jurisdiction SRO where the proposed land situated and sign the sale deed. Any way sale deed going to be prepared by Purchaser. Don't worry...OK

You will have to get it executed the Power of Attorney in your name, it should be executed in your city,
