police notice 91 crpc to son after 5pm very short time

(Querist) 06 June 2017 This query is : Resolved 
A police notice for appearance in 2 days was given to son after 5pm and the person is not expected to reach in any case, before 3days , in normal way.

The Person, further is Complainant itself.

The police is threatening complainant and no action is being taken from last 2 months.

Now police giving such notice to take action against the "Complainant" and just to pressurize him u/s 174 IPC
