Hi Experts ,
I have this feeling an a doubt that my phone is being tapped and my mails been hacked by someone i know.
Please can you let me know how can i find and confirm it and if its so than where and how should i logged a complain against that person .
Most imp as of now is how to get it confirm , from whom should i get my number and phone checked for it .

contact your service provider .or use services of detective agency . if you find evidence lodge police compliant

Dear Client,
Lodge a Cyber Complaint with DCP or Inspector of Cyber Crimes Cell ofyour area.They'd investigate and file a charge sheet bases on your FIR and book the phone tapper and hacker under Information Technology Act and then prosecute them for free without it being handed over to a detective agency and bearing its expensive services.
