Dear Sir,

Workman has filed case in Labour Court against termination through unfair domestic enquiry & for violation of section 33(1). What is the process for withdrawal of some PF amount as he needs money & what is the limit for withdrawal.Pl respond.

he may contact PF office in this regard...he is required to divulge his details there including PF Number.

YES U CAN WITHDRAW MONEY BY FILLING THE Form -19 for PF,BECAUSE TERMINATION TAKES PLACES.

That is called advance from PF not withdrawal as per act.

you should not withdraw the whole amount and close your account. let the account keep running .. you will require it when you join the next organisation

only advances can be taken from OF. If withdrawal is to be made on quitting service the withdrawal is full.
