Can a husband file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights in the same court where the wife has filed a petition for divorce u/s.13(1)(i-a).

I do agree with Archana, but what is the necessity of filing seperate petition. You can pray in the same case.

Yes though you could file in the same court but if the ws is not filed as yet then it is better to make counterclaim in the same suit.

Yes.. Surely you can file your rcr petition.. No restriction for that.. I think.. if you filed separate petition mean its wil be some better..
