Peramanent alimony

(Querist) 05 July 2014 This query is : Resolved 
She has recevied an amount of 7 lakhs as maintenance since 7 years.Now alimony is being decided in case of Divorce as permanent alimony .Will this amount of maintenance received by her in due course of 7 years considered in deciding Alimony on merits.Please quote a ruling as a support
