Good Morning respected members,
A PCR complaint filed under section 477, 420, 426, 384 and 385 of IPC in the magistrate court has been accepted and the the Hon'ble court has ordered for police investigation U/S 202(1) of Crpc
The police is supporting the accused and planning to submit a false report against the complainant
in such case i request the learned members to advice me what to do? how to help my client.

as on date investigation has been ordered . no police report has been submitted yet .

wait for report to be submitted . on basis of the report the learned MM after taking into account the police report and evidence on record will decide whether to accept the report or not
