(Querist) 09 April 2023 This query is : Resolved
what pay scale is there for employees of private un aided minorities school? what if pay scale is not given to them by such institution.
Quick Summary
Salaries in private unaided minority schools vary significantly, as institutions set pay based on their financial resources. While there's no universal scale, teachers denied fair wages comparable to government counterparts have legal avenues. These include challenging unfair pay through tribunals or civil lawsuits, and even filing writ petitions in High Courts to ensure they receive government-mandated pay scales and Provident Fund contributions.

Private unaided schools show variations in salaries they pay to the teachers. The salaries of those unaided schools are fixed by the particular institutions based on the funds they develop. The variation in salaries only depends upon the economic standards of the institute.

Teachers are teachers, regardless of whether private or public, because they’re the saviors and role models of youth.
It’s the most prevalent malicious act committed today. If tribunals are existing, challenge the order through the court. Private school teachers could file a civil lawsuit for declaration, required injunction[i], and debt recovery if the tribunals aren’t present. A redress for private teachers that has been exclusively available to govt teachers is additionally included, enabling them to file a writ within that High Courts.
Therefore the private teachers can file a writ petition before high court seeking justice especially when they are denied with the decent salary at par with the government school teachers.

the scale laid down by govt are to be paid by private school and PF is also to be deposited on that rate.

But what is your real problem.

Any suggestion depends upon the pay scales, if any, notified by the concerned State. If there is no such Notification, you may approach the Government concerned and if, need be, the High Court could be approached through a Writ Petition.

It would be ideal, if the issue is pursued jointly; individual efforts have their inherent limitations.
