Partition suit for agriculture land

Sir,
My father and his brothers have a agriculture land.we have to partition it now. But his brothers are not coming forward for partition. We both have cattles and we depend on that land for feeding cattles. Now if we file a partition suit won't we able to use that land. And how long will it take to get partitioned.

You can file a partition suit.

The status quo (as for as the physical possession) will be maintained till the disposal of the case.

I can not predict the time limit.

You can file a suit for partition, and you can use the land for feeding the cattles till the partition takes place. After the partition, the things about the cattle feeding can be decided mutually, but the other members shall have a right to restrain you to enter in their piece of land.

First try to have negotiation again with your uncles.
if failed, file partition suit.
