Dear sir / Madam,
We ( i and my brother ) bought purchased a land ( 4 Cents) from my village. After that I constructed two houses in my 2 cents lands and paid property tax. Without partition and also my brother permission, I sold ( by gift deed to own my sister ) two houses by property tax receipt. Till date, I did not show the original deed in the sub registrar office and also the buyer ( my sister).
Now my brother wants to partition. I told the above sale ( gift deed ) to my brother. He accepted and he wants to get a way path to his land. But the present owner of the 2 cents lands did not agree to allot the way path. The same mater was conveyed to my brother by me. Then my brother again registers the partition.
Question: 1. I and my brother registered the partition now in sub registrar office, whether it is a legal one or not in the law? 2. How I give to path way to my brother?
