Dear Mr. Brahmayya,
You say that you are a final year law student. The question has been posed to you so that you will apply your legal mind and try to provide your solution.
Instead, I find that you are trying not to apply your independent mind, but rather like to adopt an easy route.
If you want to be a successful lawyer, then better inculcate the habit of hard work right from the beginning.
All the bests.

In endorsing the views of Shri Anirudh, I would like to add further that you should have expressed your views as per your own concept about the problem and would have sought opinion on that just to know whether your views were correct or not. That way, while you could get appropriate guidance, you would also have been able to gauge your own talent to understand to what extent you were right in assessing the problem. Readymade answers can't sharpen your intellect.

Dear Brahmayya,

When you have not demonstrated even a bit of your own knowledge, where is the question of mending your knowledge? I have already pointed out that you must express your own views on the problem as per your own knowledge, so that experts may give their opinion. You can enhance your knowledge by that process, not by varied ready made replies.
