Parking issue in society

in mumbai society parking issue ,many members are holding multiple parking slots and we have no parking space ,had written to society but on deaf ear's / all members are bigshots hence all afraid /secretary also holds 2 parking slots / CAN WE GET PARKING SLOTS OR NO

each member would be entitled to one parking slot . as per model bye laws if there are more applicants than slots allotment of slots has to be done by lottery on annual basis . raise issue in the AGm . you can also contact a lawyer issue legal notice to society

Send a legal notice to the society for judicially allotting of the parking slots to the members.
