Sir i want to know that how can i ascertain that the letter/papers which i send to a party by registered post are the one which i had genuinely sent. i mean what if the party says that the envelope contained only blank papers and nothing else?

sir it is a realistic one.
there must be some legal safeguard to protect its misuse.
can u please throw some light on it now?

If the envelop contained only blank paper as alleged by the other party (addressee), no doubt, it is the duty of the said other party to inform the same and clarify with the sender soon after receipt of the post.
Moreover, it is the burden of other party (addressee) to prove by producing admissible evidence that the post contains only blank papers or he clarified with the sender on receipt of post.
Unless and until it is disproved by the addressee by producing rebuttal evidence, it can be presumed that the post contained proper documents.

LEGAL NOTICES ARE SENT/ REPLIED BY ADVOCATES IN MAJORITY CASES.
So such monkey business do not exist.
Usually Papers are also pinned with Regd ad card, and sticked it's corner with the gum that stick envelop/ regd ad card, and pin c postal stamp. Changing papers and prove, it was the content, it next to impossible.
O/C is delivered on court case..
It cannot deviate justice.
