Sir,
We are using Odc(out sourcing boys for service) At time of Night around upto 4.00am, in this view,what are pay( double duty)

The enactments applicable to the establishment, depending upon type of establishment: Commercial/Industrial, explains the Work hours, OT and rate of OT,capping on OT.

OT is otherwise usually @ double wages......and the wages are defined in the enactment.
