Original land documents not available

Sir, I am from Andhra Pradesh. Can I sell my land with certified copies obtained online (My original documents were not available with me). I also have my name registed in Mee Bhumi (I have e pass book in my name)

Yes. You can sell the property to prospective buyers. A copy of Meebhoomi copy and signed certified copy of the original document shall give to the buyer.

Yes,you can sell your land with certified copies but you have to mention in sale deed that " original papers of land has been misplaced and if found in future you will not misuse the papers.

Recently Supreme Court has held that the property can be sold on the basis of title documents by PoA.

You can sell the property on the basis of 'certified online documents'. If you are able to find the buyer who is ready to buy on the basis of certified online documents then this will be a perfectly legal transaction.
