FINAL DECREE COMPLETED IN PARTITION SUIT IN 2011. THE OTHER PARTIES COMPLETED COURT REGISTRATION IN 2012. WHEN WE HAVE APPROACHED FOR FINAL DECREE AND COURT REGISTRATION SINCE THEN THE FILE IS NOT TRACEABLE. MATTER IS GETTING DELAYED AND MY FATHER IS NOT KEEPING GOOD HEALTH. KINDLY ADVICE.

"File not traceable" opinion by court staff is duping you. Apply for a Copy application. They will have to pass order for that if that file is missing. Bring it to the notice of the Judge of that particular court.
