dear experts,
In a case I am following in consumer forum, that is set ex-party as no one appeared to represent opposite party,I had filed proof affidavit and written arguments.I filed the case in 2013
The case is set for oral arguments after which date will be set for orders.
What would be the preference given by the judge to dispose of my case and write orders when cases filed in 2008 are still to be disposed off by him?

you should mention that written arguments have already been submitted . in your oral arguments be brief and to the point . since case is exparte court will pass orders at the earliest .

Mr.Sethi
Thanks for your answer. I had made couple of pages of detailed written arguments along with 5 proof documents and your answer that I can give only a brief to the point gives me a relief:
