Repetition of your iloogical plea, "tunless we know the answers of the above mentioned query,iwii not be able to cpmpile and send details of various cases," is quite irrelevant.
If, as per your profile, you are a director of a company, it is quite surprising that your company is seeking a free advice, while your company could have afforded to hire some capable lawyer (if your company secretary lacks in legal knowledge) to discuss the case at length with him to get satisfactory answers to your doubts, get necessary documents drafted or to get presented your case in the DRT.
That clearly speaks that your query is purely academic. Better read provisions of law to solve your academic exercise.
