Can Advocate of Accused receive summons/notices to be issued by court or police officer on his (Advocate's) address? Pls. Guide me provisions for summons/notice/warrent under CRPC Thanx

The sole reply of your query is no but if the address of the lawyer has been given then it can very well can be issued but not to the lawyer rather to the accused.
