Notarization

What is the procedure to notarise a duly registered Special power of attorney?

Does the signatory to Special PoA have to be physically present before Notary?

Notarization of such already registered document is just a comparison of the original document with its copy which is duly stamped by Notary Public and the signatory need not to be present there.
