In central government it is CCS conduct rule that prior intimation is necessary for purchase of any immovable property. But one of my friends posted in Central Excise Department, he purchased a property worth Rs 10 lakhs approx in 2021 without giving prior intimation to his office. What he should do now? Whether he should give intimation now? What should be the further action of him? What are the possible action department can take against him?
