Nominate or joint holder e&s mode in salary account of wife.

Which mode is better to add in salary account either second holder or make nominee of wife . Secondly if wife name is as nominee in account already exist so this is sufficent or not.

The employer may ask that bank a/c in which salary is paid be in the name of employee only.

You have already nominated wife in salary a/c.

In case you have some issues then leave a valid WILL and register it preferably.

What a vague question of Mr. Doab, "It is believed that you are Hindu. ... Confirm," as if he thinks "SHARMA" a Muslim or Christian.

A question arises, if he was in doubt of the querist being a Hindu or not or his object was to relate his response to the Hindu community with reference to the the banking or nomination issue, why he posted his reply to the question thereafter without getting confirmation about his community from Mr. AK Sharma? THAT CLEARLY PROVES HE IS FASCINATED TO MAKE A NUMBER OF POSTS, RATHER THAN PROVIDING SOLUTIONS, AS HIS OWN PROFILE DESCRIBES THAT HE "shall prefer to POST" (NOT advice or give solutions).

SINCE MR. DOAB IS USING A FAKE IDENTITY, he must first confirm whether he is a Hindu, Muslim, Sikh or Christian?

It is not understood, why Mr. Doab is not coming forward with his real identity, including name, photo and location, in spite of repeated requests, as if he is a criminal and be afraid of being identified if he comes with his real identity.

If not a criminal, why and from whom he is afraid of posting his real identity in his profile at LCI?

If mutual trust between the husband and wife exists, it is always better to have the wife as a second holder, rather than making her a nominee. A nominee is merely a trustee of the account holder and would be liable to share funds of the account with other legal heirs on the death of the account holder.
