Respected Sirs,

Recent judgement of SC on NI138 cases.
query No.1
I have some cases in NI 138 cases in Mumbai which will be transferred to Delhi Court in Mumbai I have paid 2% of Chq amount as Court fees to court. when the case is transferred to Delhi and later settled if I want to claim the balance Court fees where I have to claim.

query No.2
In transfer cases. is complainant is required to do formalities for transfer at different jurisdiction or the lawyer can do.

From now on the transferee court will determine all your claims and prayers.
