New application / petition of child visitation in lok adalat

Hello Learned members,
My case of RCR has been transferred to Lok Adalat. Till date i could not file for child visitation due to some reasons. However i would like to apply for the same this time.
I read on internet that Lok Adalat decisions are very quick and binding to both parties.
My query here is can i put child visitation application ( which is not yet put in any cases in family court, i.e. fresh application ) in front of Lok Adalat to get quick access to my kid ? Would this application will be accepted by Lok Adalat and hear upon ?
Please suggest.

P.S. False 498A was filed after i applied for RCR. We are now on regular bail.

your RCR is only transferred to lok adalat . you have to file fresh application for child visitation .

Even if the case has been transferred to Lok Adalat even then your application is maintainable. In such circumstances, the case may be transferred to original court for disposal of your application.
