Neighbour restriction on no girls can come to my house

I live alone in my house and am single. My female friends come into my home occasionally. Neighbors forcefully enter my house and they want no girls can come to my house in our society. The police also told me that I can't bring any girl when I am alone. If neighbors complain against me I can be arrested due to prostitution or other issues. I don't understand what is illegal here. Please help me. The trespassing is illegal I know.

There is a chance to complain against you if you avoid inviting girlfriends to your house. Then there will be a case against you. Usually in a common area when a person is living alone the other families do not agree and it is natural. So avoid inviting girlfriends to your house.

There is no law restricting you to invite your friends and guests to your house, of any gender.
The neighbors cannot object to such acts, if they try to misbehave, you issue them a legal notice instructing them to refrain from indulging in such activities or else you would initiate proper action as per law.
The police have no rights to object or restrict your guests in your house including female friends.

Yes, no one, including the neighbours and even the police, have no right to interfere in privacy. You can even file a civil suit for actionable wrong against such persons and seek damages/compensation.
The best option in the given context is to serve a Notice to the police officers (in their personal capacity) under the provisions of Section 80 of the Civil Procedure Code.

Dear sudhir sir,
I went to police, even police says its illigal, u may charge on human trafficking or prostituting. Our local advocate says if any girl come keep your all doors and widows open that people don't excuse or go to hotel. But according to me its the violations of article 12,15,21. I don't understand what to say to people
