Need urgent advice

(Querist) 20 August 2013 This query is : Resolved
Respected Sir/Madam,

As this case is related to a house property.A younger unmarried son living with his widow mother forcefully and delibrately transfer house property on his name by getting his mother signatures on Will. because he was living with his mother in her last days.

All other married brother and sister were unaware about that fact

Also he has sold out half of the portion to a buyer in a very low prices for his own expenses and people making him fool as he is not so educated.

Now he is selling that house property for his own expenses without telling anyone.

When brother asked him to show the WILL documents, he got aggressive and not shown.

Can elder brother and sister challenge that Will and stop them to buy and sell the property.

What would be the solution?

Thanks

You can file a civil suit initially for partition of property. If the Will surfaces at that time, you can challenge its validity if you suspect any foul play.

Along with challenging the will, stay on sale of property should also be got.

Consult with local lawyer as a suit is required to be filed on your side.
