Respected all,

In the matter of Dv case

I am sorry it was not written by me that 340 of CrPc filed by Respondent not only for received interim by the wife on wrong information submission but equally for the entire complaint filed by her.

sorry for the repetition of query

Hon. Court will consider which complaint first 340 of Crpc filed by respondent or Distress warrant filed by wife.
