sir, my friend is living in respected village past 25 years in same place that place is government natham land...she had electricity connection past 8 years and paid house tax till 2009......now one person saying am having patta for this place so u get out but my friend is living in that place past 25 years....can i file a case on him....if i file case means can i succeed...plz show the path becos am not having any patta form my property.

You may get an injunction against forcible eviction.

If the other party file case for eviction, oppose the motion.

If the other party is claiming it to be his property, ask him to approach court and evict you legally, if he persistently tortures verbally, you may issue a legal notice to him asking him to refrain from making any such advances illegally and to initiate any action by observing due process of law.
