Dear All,

Basically I am from Rajasthan and currently living at Pune. I want to change my name and surname. Can I know what is the procedure and which document requires to do it? Can I do it from Pune?

for change of name it has to be published in offical gazette

publish in govt. gazette and in at least 3

leading newspapers of pune.u can do it from pune.

Publication in two widely circulated newspapers and then inclusion in the govt. Gazette is the only option.
