Dear Sir,
My wife ran away from laws house mean my house. She is school working lady and she went for school on morning and she did not come and she intimate me she is in her house. when i told her give your phone to father then she refuse. after that she and her laws never contact us. just received one call that all will come for chat in my house and that never happened. This all happened in week back. my wife never contacted me and even i am not comfirmed she is in her house or anywhere. she is preganant and on last nite she want separation from my house to live with me. I said no and want to live with my family alongwith u. This is reason. I am unable to understand what i need to do. Should take legal request or something else. pls guide me.

Your trouble is still at domestic stage and try to sort it out at home preferably.
Avoid Legal Tangles. Seek assistance of your relations and common friends to pacify all the parties concerned.

I wonder about your reported stand in your case....its your wife and she has gone off....you are talking with her on the phone when you could have gone to her house and talked to her and her parents.....u wait for one full week and it is your wife who calls you...brother you are sitting on dynamite.....just go to her house, talk, sort out matters and live happily or else believe me, your next 7-10 years will be spent regretting for not taking the initiative........I may sound too scary but I am speaking out of experience.....

Go and meet her.
Sort out differences , before it crack your matrimonial relationship.
Take care, as she is pregnant. Smoothly promise to accept her demands.
This is temporary period.

it is only one week since she left . contact her or her parents and say that you want to visit her and resolve all issues . going the legal way wont help you . in addition your wife is pregnant . so resolve the issue amicably with help of elders

Dear Experts, Thanxs for respond me. But her parents doing the whitewash her mind and not allow me to talk and i am unable to understand and today morning i got phone from her house and they told my parents that all are coming to my home for talk but still they did not come.
She want separation from my parents and i need to live with her. But i dont want to live without my parents.

You need to pamper her, Right or Wrong,
Child in Womb have to be taken care of.
Even if accepting her demand temporarily will help you in future.
After baby born, explain her, who will look after baby? Additional burden of two houses, etc etc. & come back again.
As rightly suggested, stay in rented house nearby [for few months.]

Just try to patch up with her or make her ready for mutual divorce, as laws are in favour of the women. Except patch up or mutual divorce any other form of legal proceedings can prove to be harmful for you.
