Multiple Ditto copy of WILL in Original wiil be Valid ?

My Mother want to Make 5 Original ditto copy of will and want to give all 5 children in advance, will all be valid because she thinks that it will smoothen each ones working ?

Instead she can register the will. All the legatees can take certified copies thereof after her demise. let your mother give all the children the details of the registration.

The will shall have a condition that the same can be modified at any time during her lifetime. So if you feel giving copies would bind her, then you are taking away her right and courts held that absence of this condition (right to revoke) the document may not be a will.

Mo. it is better to register the will and get the certified copy of the same.

Yes it will be valid, however the fact must be mentioned in the deed.

no, it is not valid.

u need to register it and then only u can take as many no. of certified copies as u want, for val;idity.
