If any indian working in Dubai die in accident in india , what will be criteria to determine his annual income to award compensation as in Dubai job is temporary basd on work permit for 1-2 yers.Is there any ruling/jugdement of court on this point

His annual income may determine what he earned in Dubai.

his income taz return is very much authentic document if filed by the deceased otherwise his salary certificate regarding his income issued by employer is proper for claim.in absence of both the minimum wages fixed by Govt.for the post of the deceased is the best option/ criteria for determine his annual income to award compensation.
